2. No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our platform. As a company dedicated to providing top-notch products, we are confident in the quality of our grow bags.

3. Replacement for Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement, the damaged product must be reported with photographic evidence of the damage.

4. Procedure for Replacements: Contact our customer support team via subhikshagrowbags@gmail.com Provide your order number, and a description of the damage, and attach clear photographs of the damaged product. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions for the return of the damaged product. Upon receiving the damaged product and verifying the issue, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
